Stephanie Czapla (a.k.a. Steffy Zap) is a Miami-raised, Philly-based graphic designer, illustrator, and NFT artist — mindful of the big picture, frame included. She currently works in higher education where she harmonizes contemporary design elements with cohesive layout and messaging, no matter the audience. Her illustration practice explores self-identity and agency through the relationship between the soul and the body. From beginning to end, she asks “what is the story, and are we telling it accurately and proudly?”

In addition to visual art, Steffy expresses herself creatively also through makeup and fashion, frequenting clubs and raves, and vegan bodybuilding.

She has minted NFTs on the Ethereum and Tezos blockchains. “House of Light & Abundance” is a collaborative piece she contributed to; in conjunction with UNDR1ROOF, this piece was created to raise funds to secure housing for a NFT community member. You can find her NFTs on Hic Et Nunc and Kalamint.

In 2017, Stephanie was awarded a BFA in Illustration with a Graphic Design/Business double minor at Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia. Her clients include Chestnut Hill College and The Women's Film Festival. In 2018, she co-published a children’s book called “Gobbles Gives A Turkey and Gets Back A Whole Lot More” with author Brittany Fenkel. Learn more about the book and mission.
